The first George Dana Boardman Luncheon will honor your church’s Mission Advocate. If you nominate a Mission Advocate from your church, your support of that Advocate is important and needs to be celebrated. Therefore, if you nominate a Mission Advocate or a George Dana Boardman Award Nominee from your church, the expectation is that your church will celebrate their service by “filling” a table at the George Dana Boardman Luncheon. A table will seat eight people and will cost ($200) two hundred dollars per table (fill as many tables as you’d like). Two hundred dollars per table will provide lunch, award, cover the cost of the rental and provide for a speaker.
If your church does not have a mission advocate and you would like to attend this event, you may purchase a ticket for $20.00 from our office. There will be no tickets sold at the door because reservations are needed.
Being the first Mission and Ministry Luncheon, we are hoping that your church will nominate and participate in this historic celebration among the American Baptist churches of Maine.
