Honoring the Boardman Family with West Association
Wreath Laying Service of Remembrance
New Sharon Village Cemetery
West Association and the American Baptist Churches of Maine joined in this historic service of remembrance at the graveside of Rev. Sylvanus Boardman. We celebrated the ministry of Maine’s first missionary, Rev. George Dana Boardman.
Anyone who loves their life will lose it,
while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life.
Whoever serves me must follow me;
and where I am, my servant also will be.
My Father will honor the one who serves me. John 12:25 & 26
