THE ANNUAL MEETING COMMITTEE is responsible for:
a. Providing an experience in fellowship and a setting in which mission priorities may be discussed, interpreted and given renewed emphasis;
b. Arranging the Annual Meeting program and serving as the committee on order of business;
c. Certifying the credentials of all delegates and supervising registration of all delegates and visitors;
d. Preparing any appropriate messages to the congregations or resolutions for presentation and debate at the Annual Meeting.
