The Small Church Ministry Podcast: The Small Church Ministry Podcast is a fantastic resource for working through many of the challenges that we face in a small church.  The podcasts are packed with advice on embracing our roles as small churches.  There are numerous sessions on a large variety of topics from finding volunteers, to dealing with burnout, setting up new ministries within your church and recognizing the positive qualities of being a small church.  Many other topics are discussed also, but one of the most important factors is that throughout the podcasts, we are reminded to keep our eyes on the Lord and allow His work to be done.  This is a great resource for anyone who is part of a small church.
